Cold Polyurethane Foam

Make The Body Most Comfortable

  1. The seat is made of cold polyurethane foam and has a density of 55 kilograms per cubic meter. It has great value leather which in addition to offering a pleasant feeling to the touch is much more resistant than ordinary PU leather. Good chair, some slight issues though

Ordered this chair on the 11th and received it on 14th which was good that it came so fast (although I did order during prime week). Box it came in was a little damaged but nothing super serious, all parts were included with my chair as I didnt have to use any of the extra parts that the set came with so another plus. Assembling was very straight forward and the manual was surprising good quality, was not like most chairs where its just a paper booklet. First semi-problem I encountered was the lift mechanism, the booklet does state I would have to sit on it a couple times to get it working but after about 15 minuets of sitting, getting up and sitting again it did not work, the only way i got it to work was sitting on the chair via my knees and that eventually got the pump going. Another thing I was a little disappointed by, and even saw one review state, was the fact that the picture thats shown on the listing is a little false as there is no flaps on the sides of the seat its all flushed which is a little disappointing, in fact the piece that is replaced instead of the flaps is really hard and does bother my thighs a bit. Overall this chairs quality is pretty decent for the price but the images are false, if you weigh over 200-220, I wouldnt recommend this chair as the seat is a little small other than that im happy with what I received

    Hydraulics?

It’s been an alright chair but I haven’t had it for a year and the hydraulic seems to be going as the chair is lowering itself when I sit in it. I am not sure how to go about getting the warranty but I haven’t had this chair for a year yet. Hopefully the seller can help

My son loves it! Great speakers!

Our son was very excited for his chair. It’s the one he wanted. Putting it together takes a little bit but no complaints. The speakers on it is incredible. We recommend this chair for whatever reason, not just gaming.

After 3 years of owning this chair.

After 3 years of ownership, I’ve not had much go wrong with the chair. Im 300 pounds and 6 foot 5 so that says something. lets start with the negative. After only owning the chair for 2-3 weeks, the arm rest that pivot have an issue where the mechanism broke, so the right arm rest just spins freely with no click. I reached out to the GTRACING multiple times for replacements, but was ignored by the GTRACING. After a year the rubber/foam on top of both armrest started cracking, the rummer/ foam hasn’t really gotten any worse since it first started 3 years ago. after about 1.5- 2 years I have this issue pop up where the leather material on the back rest has relaxed past the underside of the 2 plastic holes that the lumbar support bands go through near the top. it has sharp edges and pokes me in the back in certain positions. material hasn’t torn though. After 3 years every single Allen head bolts holding the chair together loosened to about finger tight, which caused the whole chair to feel loose and floppy/ no rigidity. Went back through last night and tightened them all back up. Feels similar to when the chair was new now. however the backrest frame or hinge mechanism seems to be starting to fail. The backrest will twist or flex to the side opposite from the handle to adjust the backrest position. I think its most likely the steel tube frame flexing. Doesn’t feel like its going to break, its just a little unsettling when the whole backrest flexes when resting against it normally in an upright position. But other than that the chair has held up beautifully. I’ve never had a office / gaming chair last for more than 6 months to a year. This one’s set a new record even tough its fought me the whole way. and I use this chair a lot! between 6-8 hours a day every day since it was new. And its still going mostly strong. As for the company GTRACING, shame on you for your terrible customer service. I spent 200 bucks on this chair and they completely blew me off when I reached out multiple times with the issue with the arm rest. it was only 2 weeks after receiving the chair! I’ve had to deal with the floppy right hand side arm rest for 3 years now because of that. And honestly id recommend everyone to avoid buying from this company who cant solve simple issues with quality control.

INCORRECT dimensions shown on the SIZE image

was really excited about this chair as this was the among the only few in-budget chair with good ratings that showed that the seat width & depth are larger than other chairs;firstly the good:- got delivered in time;- the chair itself is very well made and would serve the purpose if you looking for a good office/home chair;- easy to assemble;- looks good too;BUT the dimensions shown on the SIZE image are INCORRECT – see the image I uploaded;Depth of the chair is 18″ – not 20″ as shown in the image;Width of the seat is 18″ including the side raised flaps but the image shows as excluding flaps;I needed a chair where I can raise & cross my legs and the description too shows that with a guy sitting cross-legged; but that is just not possible to do at-least not comfortably; thus my only gripe about this chair is that incorrect description was shown which lead me to buy it and now I have to disassemble & pack it back up; wasted time & energy; there really should be a penalty in some form for the manufacturers for this !!!!UPDATE – bumping to 3 stars just for the customer service they provided; it was a free return; they answered questions promptly for return (not possible to package it back in the same box after assembly – it is difficult to dismantle the airlift mechanism). The refund was processed eventually once they got the item back.

    gaming chair

The media could not be loaded.

This is my second gaming chair. The truth is that it is very good and very comfortable when playing for long hours. The sound is very decent, although I had to buy an adapter so that the PlayStation could be heard. They sell a USB but I did not dare to buy it.

  15. marc mirelez

    3.0 out of 5 stars

Not a bad chair, but things you should know before buying.

I did some research on good gaming chairs and had a budget in mind. This chair seems to check all the right things I was looking for in a gaming chair from multiple YouTube videos and even written articles on the innerwebs. Again, the chair is good for what it does, But…Well come to find out the arm rest are made of a hard material (Probably some type of plastic) and start to get uncomfortable. Then notice when reclining the chairs back part, that the arm rest do not follow leaving them in the original location (which makes them pointless while reclined).Next thing I noticed was that the chair has no rocking feature at all. The back of the seat reclines and the bottom part of the chair remains flat. My old chair has the rocking feature that can lock to not rock , and now am kind of missing it.Which brings me to the last point. The foot rest. I think its a great idea, but in this case I feel like its going to break off at some point. I am 6 foot 210 pounds and when using it my calves are half way hanging off. It just feels like to much weight is hanging over and could cause damage to the plastic and aluminum parts used for the footrest.Overall it is still a chair I will use. I was just kind of upset it did not mention these features above and even in the reviews I watched and read, nothing was said about these things I have run into. Hope that helped.

The chair is very nice but I bought it solely for comfort and it was not comfortable for me.

I ordered this chair because it was recommended by a receptionist at my PT and it got good reviews but unfortunately it is not comfortable for me. The lumbar support does not work at all for me and sitting in the chair for a short while hurts my lower back. But I have to say the instructions were excellent. I think they are the best I’ve ever had.

    Ineffective Speakers

Had this item for more than a year and it does its job. Still going on strong right now so fairly durable and would give it 6/10 for comfort. Aesthestically looks good as well. However biggest gripe I have is where the speakers are in the chair. Its on the back of the chair pointing outwards. Therefore, all the sound travels away from the person sitting in it making it far less audible for the intended target. So basically everyone else in the room can hear the game I play or movie I watch but me. Even when the volume is maxed out on the chair and on my pc I still dont get clear or audible sound. If your buying it just for the chair then its alright but dont expect decent audio from its speakers.

EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND LOOKS PRETTY DOPE!

Bought this for my 12-year-old son for his birthday present. Easy to assemble and surprisingly comfortable. The footrest pulls all the way out and you can actually lie down horizontally to take a nap. He doesn’t use the Bluetooth speakers much, but nice added feature as an option. We ended up buying 2 more, me and my niece who likes to game too.

Excellent Chair, Easy Assembly, Great Price

I purchased this to set up my new office. After combing through the vast selection of other chairs and all the reviews, I decided on this chair and I could not be happier. Before I launch into my assessment of the chair, I just want to say that you should absolutely buy it if you are thinking about purchasing this particular one. I have had many desk chairs of varying prices, sizes, features, etc. and this chair has thoroughly impressed me.Let’s start with the assembly, which was so easy and straightforward. I saw some complaints about having a hard time with setting it up, but honestly, just use your brain and all will be ok. I am sure many could set this up without the instructions, which I did until I got to setting up the built-in speakers.I sit in this chair daily for hours and it is SO comfortable. Being able to adjust the back to several different angles is fantastic. The head and lumbar pillows are also great at giving some added support; they never feel like they’re in the way. Reclining the chair to its furthest extent offers a very comfortable resting position, and, along with the added foot rest, it truly is a remarkably comfy “recliner” chair. The armrests are adjustable and offer some rotation so you can find the sweet spot for yourself. The built-in speakers are nifty too. **Disclaimer: You must buy the Bluetooth USB Receiver to utilize this feature.** I wasn’t expecting much from them, but I do find myself switching to use them for certain entertainment purposes like listening to background music while I work or when I am playing specific games, in particular horror or racing games. The sound is way better than I anticipated, though they do lack bass. The relay unit lasts for hours (days usually for me) and charges quickly enough to never create frustration. Some other notes:-I saw a few complaints about the packaging and indentations created from remaining bundled up in the box. However, I did not experience this at all. All of the cushioned pieces came out of the box well packaged and without blemishes of any kind.-There was an odor initially when taking it out of the box. Ya know, that warehouse smell. After an hour or so, the smell had completely dissipated.-In regards to the Top Critical Review for this chair; That customer is absolutely insane and I cannot fathom what they were expecting for a chair in this price range. I used to have a fancy $980 chair provided from my employer, the largest social media entity. Comparatively, I am far happier with this chair. Yes, there are some plastic parts (dust covers, gas lift cover, armrests) but the expensive chair had the same plastic components. I feel less tension in my lower back after spending 6+ hours in this chair vs the expensive one where I would find myself getting up to walk around every so often to relieve the pain in my lower back. Oh, and they had mentioned missing parts due to the box being damaged (which has no bearing on the product itself); those particular items cannot be lost as they are attached to the chair and in a special pouch located on the back of the chair (see photo). They obviously didn’t realize that.All-in-all, this is an excellent purchase for anyone who is looking at a new desk chair. The price is phenomenal for the quality and the amount of features. There is also a good amount of colors to choose from so you can better match your style and decor.

    Very impressed

I’ve watched a lot of YT videos of this chair but was hesitant to order online but for $160 how bad could it be?Similar style chairs in Office Max start around $300 but with bonded leather which is commonly known to peel and tear over time. This is PU leather which is not as breathable but sturdy like vinyl without cracking or peeling.First off, assembly is extremely straight forward with incredible step by step instructions. Hats off to whoever put it together. The seat is surprisingly comfortable and sturdy, as the YT reviews suggested but much more comfortable than I would’ve expected. I needed a more firm and supportive chair so don’t expect to sink in and be plushy.Every video BASHED the speaker quality comparing it to laptop equivalence. I had low expectations and thought it was more of a gimmick but these are actually louder and having more bass than what YT videos would have you think. Don’t expect full Bose type quality but for the size of the speakers I would compare it to a smaller JBL flip. These speakers DO NOT distort at high volumes or deep bass (my music of choice is EDM)My only complaint is the foot rest, I wouldn’t pay the money for it. I’m 5”10 with slightly longer legs than normal and the footrest is more of a calf rest. My feet hang off and I wish it could come out a few more inches. The foot rest is not that sturdy and has some give. It’s not well crafted and not really worth using by if you’re under 5’10 than this May suit you well. All in all, exceptional quality, easy to assemble and I would definitely look into this as a really good alternative to the Respawn 110

I love it! Only three QOL issues

I love it and I’ve had it for three years now so here’s my experience. It took a looooong time to get the red and black one. So long that we thought we weren’t getting it and had to cancel and reorder. The black came in in somewhat of a timely fashion, and then the red appeared out of nowhere so that was interesting. The speaker on the right side of the black chair did not work out of the box. Not a huge deal for me because I never planned on using the speakers. I loooove the footrest and the chair is comfy enough that I’ve taken several naps on it. Good for gaming or just doing daily online work, and there is plenty of recline settings to adjust for any task. Three years later, it’s holding up very well, just one issue that seems to be a bit of early wear and tear. When leaning back on some of the lower settings, it lowers further automatically. I’m not very heavy (160lbs) so I was very surprised that it couldn’t really support my weight anymore. Works great still, I just can’t lay at a certain angle anymore without it automatically lowering to completely flat. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend and plan on buying this brand if I ever need another! Also, I know I said it, but the footrest is honestly a huuuuuuuuge plus. I use it more than I thought I would. Honestly more of a 4.5/5 but that’s not an option.

    Two People is wise

First of all let me say this chair extremely well put together. When assembled it feels nice and tight and solidly constructed. They suggest 2 people to assemble and I agree. I managaed it by myself but getting the back on was a bit of a pain with pushing down the back against the cushion resistance, moving the bracket in place, inserting the screw and turning it by hand a bit so it got in place … all at the same time. There are plastic caps for the hinge covers that I suggest you leave off for a while until you’ve used it for a couple weeks in case you need to remove the covers to tighten the bolts. The reason being is the more you remove these things the loser they will become until they wont stay in place. After everything has been in place for a few weeks and any adjustments made, then put the caps in and use a bit of white glue to keep them there because those caps always end up falling off and getting lost.Comfort? Well just got it today and the seat cushion feels a little hard but I expect over time it will eventually become more comfortable. Coming from a large office chair it’s still a little uncomfortable. The arm rests are a decent side but not what I am used to so will not dock a star for that. My previous office chair had much wider arms that went farther back. I am 5’7″ and this does fit me a bit snugly and I wish I had gotten the larger version but this will do. The lumbar support fits snugly in the curve of your back, and again a bit uncomfortable for me due to never having used one before but will get used to it over time. The foot rest is decent as I am one of those who likes to sit with my feet propped up. Fully extended it ends right before my heels.I suggest that if you are much over 5’7″ you get the larger version of this chair because it fits me snugly.

    Great chair

I needed a chair for my sim rig I was building, this was over $100 less, the wheels wouldn’t fit in my space so I rigged it up so it still swivels, goes up and down, has the footrest, and I pit some seat sliders on that box to go back and forth. The speakers are loud. Excellent product

Chair awesome new; falls apart quickly

When I first bought this chair, I was excited. It was fairly easy to assemble, gave good support for a gaming chair and the bluetooth audio was a nice touch. I don’t often game — i primarily use this as a work-from-home office chair.Within a year, I noticed the seat fabric falling apart, worn off relatively easy by regular use. It looks bad — almost as bad as the chair I was replacing after about a decade of use. Also, the high lever that raises the seat to the proper height for me — I’m almost 6 foot tall — doesn’t hold anymore. Within the first year, I noticed I was sitting lower than usual and have needed to readjust my seating height every couple of days. For me, any office or gaming chair should support your normal seating posture and form. This one doesn’t because of the lever, so that’s one star off. A chair should also last and look good for a long time without starting to lose its outer material. This one started to lose its outer material within a year. It looks bad. If this happened after 5 years, for example, I wouldn’t be as harsh; but ONE year?? That’s another point off.I cannot recommend this chair if you want something long-lasting, as good as you experienced on day one post-assembly. Given the price, I’m disappointed.

    Comfortable except for useless footrest

This chair is very comfortable for many hours of gaming but the footrest is useless. I am 5’3 and the pad hits my calf and is too low with very little padding. I like to recline while gaming but that is not possible with this chair.

    Chair Does Not Rock

The lost star is for the lack of rocker function and the speaker quality. This chair is probably the easiest gaming/office chair I have ever assembled. Every bolt lined up perfectly and went in smoothly. So far, it has been comfortable to sit in while I work all day, though I’ve had it for less than a full week. My biggest complaint about this chair is that there is no rocking mechanism. I have to admit, I didn’t check for this feature when purchasing, but every other office/gaming chair I have sat in has had this feature, so I kind of figured it was a given. The speakers are okay for what they are, but I definitely wouldn’t call it “…thrilling, cinema like sound from the comfort of your gaming chair.” They’re okay for playing music while I work (better than my 5-year-old, cheapy computer speakers), but I won’t be using them for watching TV or Movies from my mobile device. Bonus: the Bluetooth receiver box has a second output where you can connect another set of speakers if you don’t mind being tethered to them. Or you could use the Bluetooth receiver with another, better set of speakers. The recliner function is nice and seems sturdy. I like the footrest. It slides out easy enough, but it doesn’t always want to slide back in very smoothly. I haven’t used the footrest at full extension. Instead, I have it right up next to the seat to support a leg crossed in front of me while I work. The brackets that hold the footrest to the chair are only plastic, so I have my doubts about their long-term durability if used regularly at full extension.Pros:Easy to AssembleRecliner FunctionFootrestSecond Output on Bluetooth ReceiverCons:No Rocker FunctionSpeaker Quality Just Okay

    AWESOME CHAIR. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

The chair is packaged nicely. The box had some shipping damage but the product wasn’t harmed. It’s super easy to assemble. The hardware and tool comes in a neatly, organized package. They even give a few extras. The instructions are easy to read and follow. Everything fit nicely in its place. I had no issue with parts being off or unlined holes. Probably took about 30 minutes to assemble. The speakers are easy to connect to. The speakers do need charged. It runs off a battery pack that is held in a pocket on the back of the chair. Takes about 90 minutes to get a full charge from dead battery. If your device, PC or gaming system, isn’t Bluetooth capable you will need to purchase a Bluetooth adapter. GTRACING has their own but any adapter should work. The sound is good. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the footrest seems like an afterthought. It sticks when you try pulling it out or pushing it in. It doesn’t glide nicely. You have to wiggle and jiggle it to come in and out. My solution is maybe a little grease on the steel rods. That may get messy though. But overall it does the job. All the mechanisms work fine (chair lift, arm rest and recliner). It’s sturdy, solid and comfortable design. I’m super happy with it, and so is my daughter.

    I’m Impressed

The chair does what it says it does. For my particular situation, the lumbar and neck cushions are good extras because they provide me the assistance that I need.Assembly. Easy if you enjoy assembling things. If not, then you should get someone else to do it for you. The assembly instructions are clear and straightforward. So, it didn’t take me long to put everything together. There are better office chairs out there, but this one is not a bad one either. The finish was done with care and again, it works for my needs. The speakers. I never thought it would exist to have speakers incorporated into a chair until this one. They’re well designed along with the chair and work great. Kuddos for their emplacement. They don’t replace wearing headphones but they’re not too far behind.Customer service. One of the best, and the main reason I gave 5/5. The shipping company was so late and at one point we thought the package was lost in transit. I contacted GTRACING and they apologized for it (though they didn’t have to as it was the shipping company’s mess), and they sent out a new one, with no questions asked. At the end, I received both chairs 1 day apart. In between, I contacted GTRACING again to let them know that I had received the original shipment and needed assistance to return the 2nd one that was again marked as to be delivered the following day. GTRACING issued a returning label as the other one was being delivered. Once it was here, I attached the label and GTRACING contacted the shipping company to come pick up the package. Everything went so smooth. With all this being said, I’ll buy from GTRACING again. I would have paid for that other chair if it was a different color instead of the same one as I don’t need more than one of the same color. Happy customer here.

Good gaming chair for the money

I use this as a triple-purpose office/pc gaming/console gaming chair.I like the styling and the function/ergonomics. I used the headrest and lumbar support for a while, but ended up removing them because I am used to years of improper chair posture, so having a chair that provided proper support felt weird.Having the foot rest is great, so I can kick my feet up, turn my chair around and start console gaming after I’m done working at my desk.Overall the assembly was easy enough if you know how to turn an allen wrench and read simple instructions. I’ve had to tighten a few bolts a couple of times, as they worked themselves loose after using the chair for a month or two. No big deal. Some Loctite may not be a bad idea. The size of the chair is fine. I’m 5’8 and around 140lbs and there is plenty of room for me. The adjustability of everything is great: armrests, recline, foot rest. Cushioning is firm, but feels supportive. I sometimes have to sit at my desk for hours at a time (for work) and I don’t have any odd aches or pains anywhere like I did with my old, basic office chair.Even though this chair came with speakers, I don’t really use them. They work and sound fine, but I just use my headset.Only suggestions I have to make this a better product would be to have adjustable armrests that slide back and forth. Up and down and side to side is good, but having the option to move them forwards or backwards would be great. The chair is also a little wobbly when you have the foot rest extended. It’s not really a con, just something I’ve noticed. It might be more annoying if someone slightly larger than I were using it.There are a number of creaks and squeaks, but like I mentioned earlier, tightening up the bolts here and there helps.Anyway, it’s a solid chair, especially for what you pay for it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a gaming/office chair with good ergonomics.

    Pretty decent chair (so far)

I just got this chair, and I’m liking it so far. The instructions that were fairly easy to follow. It even came with some spare hardware, which was a nice touch. The chair is comfortable. I haven’t tried to hook up the speakers yet because they’re not a priority for me.I only have two complaints and that’s why I am giving only 4 stars.1) The footrest is pretty flimsy. It’s basically U shaped metal tubing with a cushion on it, and it’s secured to the chair by the two ends of the U shaped tube sliding through two plastic connector tubes that are screwed onto the bottom of the chair. The footrest slides in and out through those tubes. Think of it like a tray that slides out from beneath the seat, except supposedly it’s there to hold human legs. Besides the fact that pulling the footrest in and out is a bit clunky, it seems like any serious weight on the footrest will damage or break those plastic tube connectors. Putting my legs on the footrest makes the footrest (tray???) bend down too much to be good for the chair. Nope. I’m not not gonna break this thing.2) If you’re like me and over 6′ tall or so, plan on buying a taller chair cylinder and installing it when you first assemble the chair. You can get one for about $25-$30. The cylinder that comes with the chair is pretty short. When you hit the lift lever, well, it almost doesn’t lift at all. I’m 6’2″, and after I replaced the stock chair cylinder with one that has a 6″ boost, this chair is comfy! Do NOT install the factory cylinder to try it out and then try to change it later. Trust me. It’s a LOT more work removing a chair cylinder than you think. Just put a taller cylinder in the chair from the get-go and be done with it.Ok, I’ll add one more small gripe: It would have been nice if the arm rests were padded. They’re not uncomfortable, but if they were padded I just about could recline this chair and nap out for a while because otherwise it’s pretty comfortable.Overall, not a bad chair for the money.

    Pretty Decent Chair

When it came to assembly, it’s not absolutely necessary that you have two people put this together as I was able to do this on my own. However, there are parts of the chair (the base itself and the back) that will require some finessing if doing on your own (process will be much easier with two people in this instance). Additionally, some screw holes where certain screws go in, especially on the base and back parts, were very difficult to locate, and even if located, were hard to screw in the screws, so that’s another thing to finesse around. Aside from that, if you follow all the instructions, the chair should come together nicely.Having had this chair for about 3 weeks and sitting on it for around 4+ hours at a time, I think I’ve somewhat broken in the chair (as in the chair is beginning to contour around my body like with new shoes). How it feels to sit: at first it feels very different and perhaps uncomfortable if you’ve had a chair you’ve sat in for a decade (my instance). Having it for almost 3 weeks now, I’m starting to get used to this chair. I was expecting it to feel like my car’s chair considering that shape are very similar, but the base is just straight up flat and parallel to the ground. I also personally like sitting towards the edge of the chair when I game, but because of where the hydraulic pump is situated (towards the back rest), it feels like the chair will flip over if I’m not being careful enough while sitting on the edge. With that, I also removed the lumbar pillow because it took up much space and basically forced me to sit more on the edge which then further exacerbated that feeling of flipping the chair over. How each active component feels:-The foot rest feels super flimsy if it’s all the way extended, so I wouldn’t recommend trying to have someone sit on it (at all). Having it out halfway seems more secure, so that’s usually how long I’d have it extended.-The back side is adjustable, so it’s nice being able to recline and sleep on the chair as if I was on a bed (kind of). However I wouldn’t recommend fully reclining and sleeping like you were on a bed as it feels like you would flip the chair over from the back side.-The arm rests are very mediocre. I wish they were a little longer towards the back, and I also wish they could hard lock in place. There are basically three soft locks to the arm rests: middle (like regular arm rests), and then 45 degrees clockwise and counter-clockwise. They are adjustable in terms of height.-Because the base of the chair is this faux leather, and if you’re one of those people who sweat a lot like me, then the bottom of your thighs will get moist quite easily during warmer/hotter climates. Not a very breathable design.Overall, a good chair for what it’s worth.

    Good chair.

I love this chair. It doesn’t exceed expectations however so I didn’t give it a 5 star. I didn’t pay for someone to come and set it up so look further if your looking for representative review. I however had no difficulty (other than manual labor which is to be expected) putting it together. I find the adjustable arm rests very helpful since i use it at to different surfaces varying in height. the neck and back support cushions are comfy. The only notes i am a bit (but not by much) concerned that the leg rest might break off due to the weight of my legs but I am tall. It hasn’t so far nor does it show signs of doing so in the future so it could be just my paranoia. I also wish the neck support cushion could be tightened so i don’t have to adjust it every time i sit down but i’m just getting picky.

    No cushion for the booty

If you want a good cushiony chair – THIS IS NOT IT. Other than that, the back support is great.Biggest issue is that the arm rests pivot to the left or right. I can’t even think of a reason why this happens but it is definitely part of the design.

    Decent Chair, Shipping Is Horrendous.

Easy assembly, maybe took about 30 minutes.Looks okay however lacks the “bucket” seat shape shown in photos.Be careful of how much weight you put on the foot rest as it is a very jank assembly for and is essentially on held in slot by one screw and the part that holds the rods are plastic and it will break easy.Minor cosmetic damage on the reclining hinges when received however those are cover by cheaply made plastic pieces when fully assembled so you can’t see it.Pretty comfortable, however you can get way more comfortable office chairs for another $150.Absolutely horrendous shipping. If you need a chair ASAP, don’t bother ordering this. Item didn’t ship until the original expected delivery date making a 2 day delivery, to be 5 1/2 days.

Only flaw is lack of lace right seat cushion satabilizers.

Overall a great chair, easy to put together, and the recline capabilities are a bit dangerous as the chair can quickly turn into a nap trap lol. The lumber and head pillow are ok but work. The only disappointing thing was the flat seat and no rounded up sides to give that “bucket” or left right support that some chairs provide. The images show a wave like lip on the right and left lip but as you can see in the image, it’s just flat. This could require a breaking in period but for the price, not a show stopper. Final build is a solid gaming/office chair.Speakers are actually decent for what they are suppose to do, looking forward to using them on confrence calls. Solid addition to gaming sound. Not high end or low end.Build start to finish was approximately 1hr 45 min. No tules needed, allen wrench is included. For the price tag and using that as a measuring criteria and value for dollar it’s 4.5/5.

It kept falling apart one by one

Although the overally functionality of the chair is good, the parts and assembly procedure makes it cheap and easily breakable. It wares fast and most notably the back of the chair is constructed out of few pieces to keep the cushioning in place. Make it 2 solid metal bars holding the back up. Making weak points in the back of the chair. There is not enough spread out back supports evenly fanned out on the back that either bar will begin to dig through the cushioning. I contacted support so many times not just about the back, but the bottom, side handles etc. They seemed to rip apart within months. Although they practically replaced the whole chair and added retrofitted unofficial bracing to the back when I complained about it, it didn’t do the job and the back bar is STILL sticking right into my back.

Pretty decent chair for the price. Easy assembly

The box I received was missing a couple of parts and I didn’t notice until I made it to that step in assembly of course. Luckily the missing parts were not critical to the chairs function just it’s aesthetics. I would like to get the missing parts though because I paid for them.Easy to assemble with a good instructions booklet. It’s comfortable enough so far and looks nice. Recline function and the keg leg rest seem to work well so far. I haven’t heard the speakers yet, but they do work. Overall it’s a nice chair for the price point.

    Does not age well

I bought originally bought this chair in September 2022 it is now June 2023.I use this chair daily (I work from home and I play a lot of PC games). So it is safe to say I spent the majority of my time in this chair.Comfort level: 4/5 Its spacious enough to allow some movement, the lumbar support is nice. Not to thin of padding. I love the “wings” with it as it gives a bit more leg room and room for preference of sitting. Adjustable arms go great with this as well.Speakers: 5/5 Decent quality, I literally dont use them except that I experimented to see that they work.Foot rest / recline: 5/5 I do not use these, but for those that would use this maybe for a home theatre or something the chair can fully recline flat so perfect. Maybe you are taking a nap in the chair some reason.Wear and tear: Barely holds up, I honestly hate looking at this chair any more. It feels trashy when I walk in the room. I usually wear athletic shorts / pants at home so not super rough clothing. I am do not think I would purchase a leather chair again and instead go cloth. I used to be super proud to afford this chair and now I just cant stand looking at it.

Only good if you’re not skinny, don’t sit a whole lot, and don’t move.

So long as you weigh more than 120 lbs,So long as you don’t use this chair more than 4 hours a day,So long as you don’t move while you are sitting,This chair is probably pretty good.I buy for longevity and comfort. This was my first time buying and using a “gaming chair”, and I though that it would be good for me. My previous chair was a middle of the road office chair that lasted me about 4 years very comfortably before the seat cushion needed to be replaced. I would have done that, but decided instead to try out this chair since my roommate had the same one(but blue.)As I look back, however, I’ve come to realize that the issues started piling on rapidly. When I’d started using it, the lumbar support cushion felt like it was pushing my back too far forward and making my back ache when I sat until I put it at the very *very* base, until finally the cushion was pressed and worn down enough for it to fit my back somewhat comfortably. However, by that time the Pleather started developing cracks quickly, particularly on the headrest cushion. They very quickly began to crack along every major point of contact. That was only the start, however. One day as I was leaning the chair back, a very clear and painful rod started to jut out, right where my shoulder blade is. every time I try to lean back, that starts to press into my shoulder and spikes almost like a pin and is now jutting through the pleather. The padding was all gone within a year. The padding on the seat very quickly started to wear away with my bony derrière, but then the leather on the seat started to very literally crack along the seams. I’d thought I’d had this chair for two-three years by this point, but when I came to look at this page and it showed my my purchase, I realize it had been less than a year when all of this started to happen. Those cracks on the seat and headrest in particular are significantly abrasive. My neck will regularly get chaffed if I game in my usual relaxed position and use it for ergonomics. The seat, however, has worn very literal *holes* in my pants, and turned them into pilled messes.Everything you see here as an issue started to happen within the first 18 months of owning this chair, and the past year has only made them slightly worse. These images are largely accurate representations of the results of 18-24 months of use.I will say, this may not be entirely manufacture error. I use this chair nearly 18 hours a day; I work from home, game, and use my computer for video game development personally as well. I’m nothing but bones, and so that might accelerate the wear at certain points. I also adjust myself and my seating often, and when I lean back, I prefer to keep my posture the same, and move the seat itself with me, not just the back.Comments for the developers:Look into the issues regarding the quick wear of the pleather and paddingOffer a seat adjustment lock, not unlike the back, where instead of “Locked” and “Unlocked” are the only two options, try adding either a hydraulic or pneumatic system(or even just multiple settings) for the seat inclination like most middle+ tier office chairs so that people can still maintain some good posture while reducing wear on the chairs at other angles. Also, that roommate I mentioned had his chair arm break, though he’s a much heavier guy than I am, but perhaps look into some more bracing for that rather than just the plywood bottom?

    WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!

WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! After spending well over a week comparing gaming chairs i decided on this one. It wasn’t until I opened the box that I knew exactly how good of a chair I got. The packaging was excellent. The instructions were easy to follow. The build took about 45minutes, even with a 3 year old demanding my attention the whole time it was pretty quick. They included a pair of work gloves 🧤 for the assembly. The material feels good, it was stretched very well with no loose sections. The colors are bright, the stitching is clean. The padding on the chair is thick and firm but not too hard. I am about 6’ tall, weigh 190lbs and I think the chair is very comfortable. I think the speakers are plenty loud for just kicking back and relaxing. They are small speakers so don’t expect anything unrealistic. I found them very easy to pair and easy and use. The armrest is soft but it spins way to easy and is my least favorite part of the chair. Few things to note…*The chair has the ability to rock. I’ve read review that says the chair doesn’t rock. In order for it to rock you have to raise the handle for the piston and lean the chair back to its second reclined position. It will not rock in the straight up position. At least mine will not.*chair speaker quality. This chair has Bluetooth speakers built in. There is a small Bluetooth/power box that you have to charge completely for the best sound. As the batteries grow weak the sound quality starts to lower. The quality is fine for playing music from the phone while gaming from the big screen.*Footrest. The footrest is a nice idea BUT it does not come out far enough to be used comfortably for someone 6’. If you are 5’8 or shorter it might be good for you. For me it sits at my calf and is not something I will be using.* Armrest- the armrest is my least favorite part of the chair. It is good that they lift and lower. HOWEVER. They spin left and right way to easy and is annoying to say the least. It’s not a deal breaker at all. Just not the best part of the chair. Over all I am very happy with the purchase and I would recommend it. Less than 180$ And looks like a 500 chair. 4 out of 5 stars because the foot and arm rests otherwise it would of been 5 stars all day.

Worst Arm Rests DESIGN FLAW which renders this chair a health risk for most

I love the basic chair and really am upset about these ridiculous arm rests that will not stay in place. Here is my overall review after using this chair for a few days. The Good:* Comfortable seat with good cushion.*Nice soft leather feel and breathable material which means you will not get overly hot sitting in this chair.* Short seat base to fit smaller/short people or teens/tweens. (So hard to find a good chair for short people!)* Adjustable height, and sitting positions.* The foot rest is available but beware of putting any other weight but your feet on it as it is not very well made and will break the plastic that it slides into.* The sound is decent from the speakers and easy enough to use and even easier to setup.* Came with very clear instructions to put together and use.* It arrived during the week of Christmas within a few days after ordered. Commendable packing and shipping. The Bad:** Worst Arm rests ever designed! Read **The Ugly statement below.* Foot rest is so cheaply made which includes a very fragile plastic holder it sets in and all the weight is on this which will break before you break in your chair. The metal is so cheap and hallow that it will bed easily with the weight of your legs on it and in a few uses warp with minimal use. I ordered this chair for the foot rest option so basically I need to return this chair and find another chair which the foot rest can actually be used without worry of breaking or bending with general or light use.**The Ugly:*Arm Rests: Obviously the arm rests were designed to adjust to various positions based on a persons width. Honestly, they do not stay in place and there is nothing to stop them from moving way to easily into the widest position. There is absolutely no resistance or locking mechanism in these arm rests which is just a neglected design flaw. We need to use arm rests to prevent damaging the shoulder, neck and wrists with tendinitis when using the keyboard. This is a REAL injury which gamers and office workers suffer from and it can be life altering and even unberable without having physical therapy or surgery to correct it. We rely on our chairs to give us the proper support to prevent it from happening but this chair is failing here. Because the arm rest does not have “lock or click to stay in place” positioning system, there is ZERO ARM support. Avoid this chair if you care about getting or worsening your tendinitis in shoulders, arms, neck or wrists! I put this chair together and used it for 24 hours before I stopped and had to write this review. Absolutely putting me in pain due to the arm rests! The problem is, the arm rests move with barely any pressure or push and they pop out to an extended position for a person with a very wide girth which is no where near when my elbows or arms ever go. I basically am forced to hold my arms up in place for hours while typing! After the first hour or so of using this chair to type and fighting with the constant slipping arm rests, your neck, shoulders and wrists will begin to cause your muscles to begin to ache!If there is a replacement for these faulty designed arm rests, I would keep this chair. Outside of the arm rests and cheaply made foot rest, this would be an excellent chair.

Decent chair! However its hard as a rock, neck pillow to two low and footrest is way too thin

Overall the chair is pretty good! I really do think it’s a good value for the money and a great maneuverability when switching between my wall mounted TV and my computer. Also it’s virtually silent which is a huge plus! However, I have three big complaints. First of all the built in footrest is way too thin to handle even slight manspread when relaxed. Next, the neck pillow to help for lumbar support is way to low on the chair to be comfortable. Even with adjustment, it can only go so high without stretching the elastic past it’s limits. And my biggest complaint is that the chair is pretty stiff. Really tough on the back especially if you dont sit up so straight not to touch the backrest. It’s definitely good but once they work out the kinks, this chair design will bring absolutely amazing! One thumb up 👍

    I love this chair… but…

I love this chair. The sound system is awesome and now it’s a must have. The charge on the battery pack lasts longer than I anticipated. I’d start work at 2pm and it would still be viable by 4am. And it charges fast. The chair lays flat which is perfect for someone like me who needs to be able to stretch out because of pain and back issues. The arm swivels are great because there are times you might sit a little weird and a normal one would dig into your leg. But with the swivel, you can just shift it and keep going. The cushioning though is starting to go flat already. I work at home so I need a lot of padding to last. The lower back, lumbar, cushion is starting to flatten and that will mean the base will flatten faster. That’s why I had to get another chair in the first place. (Though that one lasted almost three years) But the biggest problem I have is the hydraulics. I am big, but still within the weight requirements for this chair. The hydraulics are dropping a couple times a day. This chair is only three weeks old. I’d hate to have to send this chair back. I’d be stuck without a chair for work. I will have to see if they can send me a hydraulic part or something. The shipping was super fast too. I hope this chair does well, cause I might just want to keep using them.Update: I contacted them and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Very impressed!

    Works good

The chair is good. It arrived in great conditions like advertised. It’s not a 5 star chair because of the wheels, they don’t roll easily on a carpet like my other chair’s, they get stuck.

It is good, but not great.

The GTRACING Gaming Chair provides a good cushioning and comfort, but I often notice that the padding for your back (lower and upper) puts your posture in a slightly uncomfortable position after a while. It is easy to assemble, and the blue tooth quality… let’s just say you should just use a blue tooth speaker.
