Supportive Innerspring

My experience with this chair
The wheels have a smooth glide and I like how the control for the back adjustment is easy. My only down side is I wish the arm rests had the ability to go up or stay down when wanting. The plug in massage pillow is a nice touch.

Exceeded my expectations
The chair arrived very quickly and well packaged, and upon unpacking it, I was immediately impressed by sturdiness if the parts. It was simple to assemble and the only tool you will need, a hex key, is conveniently included in the box. As for comfort, it is firm, but very comfortable. The adjustment are smooth and solid. Very pleased.

Bolts/screws don’t stay tight
Over all this chair is ok. At first yes, it was nice but the bolts and screws won’t stay tight. I’m not sure what’s going on but I can’t send it back. It was so heavy when I got it and now it’s put together. Ugh. Will think harder next time before ordering from this company

It’s Decently Good
The first few days I used the chair, I didn’t have an issue. But now my lower back and tailbone hurt a bit whenever I sit in this chair for anything over 30 minutes. The included pillows don’t help much. It’s an alright chair for the price. The adjustability is nice, being able to quickly readjust whenever needed.

Comfortable
Bought this for my wife who works from home. She loves it but didn’t realize the chair didn’t tilt back, just reclines. When using the legrest and reclining back, she feels as if she’s going to tip over backwards.

Decent chair for it’s cost
Reasonably comfortable chair, especially for the price. I’m a heavy guy and the seat is wide enough to be comfortable. The padding is not real soft but that is a plus for me and I do like that the recline can be set at a desired angle. I would maybe have liked the connection from the back to the seat to feel a little more sturdy. Even with the bolts tightened all the way, if I have to lean to the side on an arm rest, the back will sometimes shift to a slightly canted angle. Overall, I am happy with the chair.

A Comfortable Gaming Chair with a Minor Flaw
Overall, I have been quite pleased with my purchase. The chair offers excellent comfort and support, allowing my boyfriend to game for hours (better yet DAYS) without feeling any discomfort. However, after using it for a while, I did notice a minor flaw with the reclining feature. While it initially worked smoothly, it began to feel a bit stiff and harder to recline after a few months of use. Gaming Chair Review
The chair was really easy to build and actually is pretty comfortable! I was skeptical because this was the first chair I bought for myself my previous chair was a beat up office chair and I kept seeing people talk about not cheaping out on a good chair but I don’t have hundreds of dollars to spend on an expensive chair. So far I’ve owned it for a few months and I love it…if you’re hesitant because it’s one of the cheaper options don’t be! I think this is a really good chair!Also I saw a review about it being really tight!? Some guy said he is 5-9’’ and 200lbs and got me worried it would be a small/tight chair but it’s not at all!! Ignore that review that guy must be well over 200lbs to not fit in this chair! And if you are just don’t use the arm rests! Anyways, overall this is a really good chair for the price and would 100% recommend.

i recently just bought this as a gift for my gamer boyfriend, and all i can say is it’s amazing! well done 👏 it even came in the mail about a week before it said it was gonna arrive. the material is comfortable and very durable, the vibrating back pillow just adds the cherry to the top. my boyfriend is in love with this chair. even though its one of dowinx’s cheaper options, this will definitely be the brand my boyfriend is gonna continue to stick with when he decides for an upgrade. and the instructions weren’t overly complicated to understand, we got it built in about an hour 😊 we STRONGLY suggest buying a dowinx chair! they even sent us a free blanket!!

BEST CHAIR EVER
I’m going To be honest I didn’t have really high hopes on this chair. I was like it looks nice I need something fast for me and my sons gaming session. it was very easy to put together minus a few extra screws. and it didnt fall apart when I sat on it. Huge plus for a fat guy like me. It is extremely comfortable when you sit in it for a while. My son fell asleep in it while playing games. should have taken a picture of that didnt think of it at the time. But I would recommend buying this Chair. I may buy another for work. it actually doesn’t hurt the pocket book. So buy THIS CHAIR.

Comfortable and easy to install!
I had gaming and office chairs before and this one is super comfortable and very easy to install! I do wish they labled in their instructions what type of tools needed to tighten the bolts and screws but either way it is very comfortable. My family uses gaming chairs normally and when theg tried this out they were jealous cause of the massage pillow and how soft the fabric is. Highly recommended to buy but also a side note: put down a cloth on the seat during the summer as it gets hot and sticky at times but other wise a really great chair to have.

Comfortable Sturdy gaming chair
I bought this chair because I wanted something that complemented my desk and because I really love sim racing. The chair itself is sturdy and is comfortable for somebody who is 6’2″. It is relatively easy to sit and work in for long hours. I also have a racing hobby, so I attach a wheel to my desk and race using this chair for up to 3-hour stints. I never had a problem with it for the length of my ownership. For anybody who is looking for a sturdy well-built, easy-to-assemble, comfortable, gaming chair, I’d highly recommend this chair for this price point.

Nice but not comfy
The chair looked exactly like pictured except one arm rest was dented. Not a big deal but a little sad.My 14 year old loves it. I think it’s really uncomfortable. The back support slides around and the seat is too hard for me. The neck support can’t really be moved so you better hope you’re the right height for the chair.

Right size, wrong lumbar
I love the chair except for it’s lumbar support. The instructions made it seem like it was supposed to have straps to attach around the chair to hold in place, it’s not the end of the world but it does suck anytime I move and then have to readjust the lumbar support. I love how the chair is small enough to fit with my smaller desk as I was struggling to find anything that would. Definitely a recommend!

What I think is great about this product is the assemblage and how easy it is. Its a great chair but i wouldn’t say it is the best. It is worth its price but there are some things that could be better (stability of the top section, lumbar pillow more durable, and a bit more cushion). Really easy to assemble
I got this chair to replace my sewing chair, (aka the hateful chair. Been known to throw people on the floor)This chair is comfortable, and I love the reclineing back. It’s helpful when my back starts hurting from sitting too long. The vibrator in the lumbar cushion works well, just with the back injury I’m not able to make use of it.I also love the color, glad I looked longer to find an accent color I wanted. The chair was easy to assemble, I have several injuries that make some task difficult. I did not find that with chair.There were only one thing that wasn’t great, one is probably my fault for not reading the sizes right, I found that to use it with my sewing machine table, it’s not tall enough. It was nothing that a pillow didn’t fix and I’m planning to make a cushion for it.

Decent gaming chair, bad assembly instructions, false advertisement
The assembly instructions are incorrect or arbitrarily marked in multiple locations and is potentially dangerous to follow. If something is loose when you are trying to tighten the screws, something can fall on you. It tells you to watch your fingers for pinching, but doesn’t warn you about other parts it could pinch. Some parts of the instruction aren’t entirely clear and relies on you to make a judgement on what the instructions mean. There are some quality control issues as well.The lumbar support doesn’t seem to have anything to attach to so it falls over rather easily. Also, a bit of false advertisement here since there does not seem to be a massage function in the support or the chair.Other than those issues, it is a working chair with comfortable support.

NO contact from company.
The back of the chair is lopsided at around 7 months usage. Wrote Downinx to ask how we can get this resolved with no reply after weeks. The listing states, “[After-sales Service] Our gaming chairs offer 30-day returns and one year of free replacement parts. We have our own factory guarantee replacement parts are the same as the original.” Not very happy as I cannot use the chair because the back of the chair makes you sit not upright after spending $150 for this.Update:Company contacted and offered many options – including; replacing and or fixing the chair to do whatever it takes to make it right. Took a while but I respect the time and effort the company made which is all a consumer asks for. Respect ++ so changing from 1 star to 4 stars.

Good chair thats nearly great.
Got this when my old leather high back chair bit the dust. A buddy of mine had one and liked it so decided to go with it. First off, its overall a pretty good chair. Seems sturdy, comfortable, the head rest feature is nice (and removable if you dont like it) and comes with a massager. One thing different is only the back reclines not the bottom section, at first I didn’t like it but now I find it very comfortable and on par or maybe even slightly better than my old chairs where the entire thing reclined.The downsides, the massage is pretty weak, another 30% more power and it would be just right. The massage cushion also slides around a lot, someway to fasten it in place is sorely needed. The chair is also very firm especially compared to my old chair, while I don’t find it bad I wish it was a bit plusher/softer. Overall I like it enough to keep it and for the price its fantastic. Just a few minor tweaks and it would be amazing.

I like this chair. Great value and comfortable. First, it’s not difficult to assemble at all. It took me around 30 minutes to assemble and I was the lone person working on it. Decent chair – little difficult to put together
Assembling the chair wasn’t too hard, but wasn’t easy either. When you’re mounting the back to the plate, you have to have the back kind of lifted, not flush against the seat part. And you only have 2 hands. Had to use a small book to give some height.Back lumbar support pillow doesn’t attach to anything, so it’s kind of annoying. It’d be excellent if it actually attached like the headrest pillow instead of just sitting on the seat. You can just not use the lumbar pillow but then there’s no lumbar support.I don’t know, mixed feelings. Overall, nice looking chair. Feels sturdy, not cheap at all. Seat is comfortable. Headrest is comfortable. The way it leans back is comfortable. I like that they have a 1 year parts warranty, because I’m guessing like any other chair made with PVC, you’ll start to see tears after a few months of daily use. May use some velcro tape to try and get the lumbar pillow to stay in a higher position.

Great chair for the price!
I recently purchased this chair and, overall, I’m quite pleased with it. Assembly presented a minor challenge, but once set up, the chair proved to be comfortable and sturdy. A chair so nice, we bought it twice!
Got this to replace my previous chair and my husband like it so much we bought one for him. It’s very comfortable for work and gaming. We love the high back, neck support. Seat is not super plush, but very comfortable and easy to sit in for long periods of time. My husband works from home, so that’s important for him to have. The entire thing is very sturdy and well made. Assembly was straightforward. I agree with other comments that the power cord for the massage pillow is too short, but that wasn’t a priority for us when we bought it, so personally I’m not that bothered by it. I appreciate the feature that allows me to lock the reclining back of the chair in place. I would (obviously) buy this product again – it’s so sturdy I don’t imagine I’ll have to do that any time soon.

Comfortable and Great Value
As a remote working professional, I was in the market to upgrade my desk chair. The first thing that drew me to this Dowinx Gaming Chair was the listed price – similar chairs to this one are typically much more expensive. After reading some reviews, I decided to give this chair a chance and I’m glad I did!The chair arrived quickly and was easy for one person to assemble. The chair is very comfortable, but what surprised me most was the sturdiness. I personally don’t use the included massage pillow for the lower back, but it’s nice touch and also seems to work well. Would definitely recommend this chair to anyone in the market – can’t beat the value you get for the price!

Sturdy chair, great back support, wish it was a big more cushy
I threw out my back on my exercise ball chair, so I ordered this one based on reviews and price. It’s not an over-the-top expensive gaming chair, which was not in my budget, but this has been a great chair. I give it 4/5 stars because I wish it had a little more cushion, but it’s not at all uncomfortabke. One of the plastic sheaths that goes over the support column was warped in my package, but I was able to reshape it with a little heat from a lighter. It has fantastic back support, the gas lift and reclining lever both function perfectly. I’m 6’4″, and this is a good height for me. Easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes. Includes an Allen wrench, so no additional tools necessary. The “massaging” lumbar cushion really just vibrates when you plug it into a USB-A port, but you can tuck the cable in and just have it as a lumbar cushion on its own.

Great Chair
I have had this chair for about 3 weeks and I love it. I was a little bit unsure about it. I ordered the black and white one. It only took about 20 mins or so to Assemble. The seat is very comfortable to sit in as it has Springs in it . Unlike most chairs that have a thin layer of padding that becomes flattened out after a short period of time and feels like your sitting on a piece of wood. I also, like the pillows that come with it for your back and neck. When your sitting in it and leaned back the pillows make it very comfortable. I sit in it for hours as I bought it for my office chair.

High Quality and Sturdy
This was a gift for my gamer husband, and he loved it. I expected it to be nice, but it still impressed me. The materials are all high quality and sturdy, including the screws. It was heavy but was not too difficult for me to put together by myself. Assembly took me approximately 30 minutes. The only negative I would note is the leg rest piece detaches if you pull it out too far, there is no mechanism to stop or limit it. It’s also small and hits the back of the shins at an awkward place that makes it pretty useless. We were not looking for that feature in a chair so it doesn’t bother us at all, but it’s worth noting. Overall, we are both very happy gamers.

I hated it nephew loves it
I bought this chair thinking it would be a nice addition to my desk for gaming and was left wanting more. The build process was a breeze and it came nicely packaged. But for me that’s where the pros end. The chair felt like I was sitting on a roll around 2×4 chair. It was hard as a brick and after long gaming sessions I would get up with back aches. The lumbar pad is necessary and a nice touch but with no way to keep it in place it was a hassle to use with constant readjusting just flat out made it annoying. If your an older guy like me and budget allows go with something else. Although if your younger these issues may not matter as I gave this to my nephew and he loves it

Chair is comfortable, but a power cord on a rolling chair doesn’t make sense
I’ve used this product for a few weeks and have really enjoyed the comfort it provides compared to the old work desk chair I was using. Clean design and easy to assemble. I don’t use the lumbar support because it keeps falling into the seat when I get up. Additionally, it doesn’t make sense to me to plug in the lumbar support with a 3 foot cable and still be able to use my rolling chair effectively. Otherwise, a great product.

Solid Purchase.

Best feeling chair
This chair is so comfortable, unlike other chairs this one doesn’t really move when you’re sitting in it. Only problems on like it is a 4 star is that the armrest screws seem to come out sometimes and make the armrest flare out diagonally instead of straight and the other reason is that the massaging pillow doesn’t have a strap to stay on the chair so it moves. Otherwise this chair is definitely more comfortable and relaxing this other competing brands.

I’ve got to say, this gaming and office chair has seriously won me over. It’s incredibly comfy, almost like sinking into your favorite sofa, thanks to that cushion with springs. Bought a Gaming Chair for my Son’s room
My son is a series gamer and we, his parents, try to support his interests. One way we did this is by giving him our desk to use to play games. We found out quickly that the chair that came with the vintage desk isn’t ergonomically correct for this day and age to sit for long periods of time. Hence, the gaming chair purchase. This is a mid ranged priced chair from what I’ve found and it enables him to sit for extended periods of time to game and to also take his online courses. He assembled it himself and the only thing I could say that doesn’t work quite well is that the arms extend out and are too high and bump up against the traditional style desk. All in all though, he is happy with it’s comfort level and has been using it every day since it’s purchase.

Pretty good for the price!
Bought this chair as a gift for my husband. He likes this chair for the most part. It is comfortable and sturdy. Unfortunately in the last 2 weeks it has become very squeaky so I’m not sure how to resolve that issue.
